We make donating simple and convenient. You can give to the Foundation through our website here, through an automatic bank transfer, or by filling out this form and delivering a check (made out to the Levy Senior Center Foundation) via mail or in person.

Donations of $500 and greater receive a customized engraved leaf on the new Donor Wall underway at the Levy Senior Center. The leaf customization form is sent to the address provided by the donor.
